After hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner for some time, when this Court has shown disinclination to cause interference in the impugned order, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He further seeks direction to the Trial Court to expedite the suit. 2.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the suit is of the year 2012 and it being more than 12 years old case, Trial Court is directed to expedite hearing of the suit.
