The petitioner is before this Court with a limited prayer that his caste claim of belonging to Koli-Mahadev Scheduled Tribe is pending with respondent no.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee may be expedited.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the vigilance cell report has already been received by the Caste Scrutiny Committee and only oral submissions are to be made. 3.

Considering the same, as the petitioner undertakes to appear before the respondent no.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee on 12.09.2025 at 03.00 pm and willing to advance his submissions, we therefore direct that the Respondent no.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee shall pass appropriate order within a period of two weeks thereafter.
