The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that, it was pursuant to letter dated 21.04.2012 show cause notice was issued to the petitioner. Vide the said letter dated 21.04.2012 the Education Officer had cancelled three divisions. However, subsequently, those are restored and the petitioner is working with the respondent No. 1 school.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instructions submits that, the show cause notice impugned in the

2 wp 9266.12 present writ petition does not survive and stands withdrawn. 3.

In the light of the above, the grievance made in the present writ petition itself does not survive. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
