1. The application is filed for setting aside the order of dismissal made by the learned Registrar Judicial and for restoration of the matter. The submissions made show that two pages were not legible etc. and as the office objections were not removed, the matter is dismissed.

In view of the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The order of dismissal is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number.

The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove office objections prior to 7.8.2015. If the office objections are not removed till that date, the matter shall stand dismissed automatically.
