This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court pursuant to the award. 2.
Heard the learned advocates for both sides.

Learned advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court. He further submits that applicant No.4 is 83 years old and is unable to attend this Court. It is therefore requested that the amount, along with the accrued interest, be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule.

Learned advocate for respondent strongly opposes the application.

Perused the application. For the reasons stated therein and considering the arguments of both the sides, it would be proper to partly allow the application. Hence, the following order: ::ORDER::
a.
The application is partly allowed.
b.
The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount with accrued interest thereon deposited in this Court. c.
The amount of 50% along with the accrued interest, be transmitted to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule, which shall thereafter disburse that amount to the applicants/claimants accordingly.
d.
The applicants shall submit undertaking before the learned Tribunal and the Tribunal shall forward it to this Court. [ SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J. ] HRJadhav
