Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.241 of 2024 registered with Tuljapur Police Station, District Osmanabad for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/27 of the Arms Act. 3.
Both parties have assaulted each other and lodged the report. It has been alleged against the applicants that they caused injury to the first informant with deadly weapons. In the same way, other side has also alleged that the complainant and injured have used the deadly weapons. The weapons allegedly used in the crime have been
950-ba-1744-2024.odt (2) seized. The first informant/injured had suffered simple injuries and discharged from the hospital. It seems that it was a fight between two groups. Both are alleging against each other. Considering the nature of the incident and the injury sustained to the injured, the bail may be granted. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicants, Harsh s/o Balaji Sonji and Om s/o Ashok Jadhav, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each in the above crime, on the conditions that ;
(a) The applicants should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) The applicants should not enter Tuljapur town for two months from the date of their release.
