We have heard Mr Bajaj, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4.

In case the application dt. 11.01.2017 (Exh. B) is pending with respondent No. 4, then the respondent No. 4 shall take decision upon it, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from today. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners.
