The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the name of the petitioner is not recorded in the occupancy column. The name of the petitioner is recorded in the other rights column. The petitioner has given application in July 2021 and August 2021 to the Authority. The same is not considered.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents and submits that, the Committee is constituted to look into such grievance under Circular dated 13.02.2015.

In light of that, petitioner may approach the Committee as constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015 and the Committee may look into the
