This is the Application for Suspension of substantive Sentence imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner in Special Case No.17/2017 by Judgment and order dated 11.08.2025 convicting the Applicant - Appellant for the offence punishable under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code and sentencing him to suffer Simple Imprisonment for one (1) month and fine of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred), in default to suffer Simple Imprisonment for two days, and further convicting him for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and sentencing him to suffer simple imprisonment for one year and fine of Rs.1,000/-
(Rs. One Thousand), in default to suffer Simple Imprisonment for four
(4) days.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant, the learned APP for the State and the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2. 4.
The short term sentence has been suspended by the learned Trial Court during the Appeal period. The same is extended by the order of this Court dated 10.09.2025. The Appeal is not likely to be heard finally in the near future. Hence, considering these aspects, the following order is passed.
ORDER
(i) The Application is allowed.
(ii) The substantive Sentence imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner, in Special Case No.17/2017 by Judgment and order dated 11.08.2025 on the Applicant, by name, Shantaram Chandrabhan Ingale, is suspended during pendency of the Appeal. (iii) Applicant - Shantaram Chandrabhan Ingale shall execute fresh P.B. and S.B. bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) before the Trial Court, which shall be effective during pendency of the Appeal.
(iv) Application stands disposed off accordingly.
