Present Petition has been filed for following relief:- "B) Rule may kindly be issued and made absolute by allowing this writ petition, issue writ of mandamus or any other writ in like nature, direct respondent no.2 to decide revision application filed under section 15 of Maharashtra Zilla Parishad, District Service (Discipline and Appeals) Rules 1964, in expeditious and time bound manner and for that purpose issue necessary orders." 2.
