Both these revision applications are prayed to be disposed of in terms of provisions of section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, as the complainant and accused have settled the dispute, which had given cause for initiating proceedings under section 138 of the said Act. 3.
The complainant, who is present in the court, is identified by Mr Gitte. The complainant categorically states that the compromise dated 17th October, 2016, as is placed on record, has been arrived at and as such revision applications be disposed of as compounded.
