The learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body submits that the letter has been given to the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Shirur Kasar, Dist. Beed for measurement of the land under which the tank is constructed. The Deputy Superintendent of Land Records has issued a letter to the effect that as there is dispute, the Surveyor could not measure the land. 2.

The persons claiming to be the owners or in possession or interested in land cannot raise any objection to the measurement conducted by the Authority.

In case any of the persons obstructs the measurement, the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records can take the aid of the Police for measurement. The Deputy Superintendent of Land Records shall proceed with the measurement as sought by the Deputy Collector of Land Acquisition under its letter dated 18.04.2018.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
