2] The learned APP submits that the applicant no.1 has been arrested and released on bail and in view of the same, the present application in respect of applicant no.1 does not survive. He further submits that by order dated 14.12.2024, the applicant nos.2 to 5 are already granted anticipatory bail.

3] In view of the above, the application is rendered infructuous as regards applicant no.1 and the same stands disposed of.
