The present civil applications are filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body. The learned counsel for the applicants pointed out in the connected similar matters Civil Application No.9989 of 2022 in First Appeal No.3270 of 2021, by order dated 18.08.2022, arising out the same acquisition proceedings, this court has permitted withdrawal of 75% of the amount deposited.
The learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body has also concurred to the said position.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this court and remaining 25% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent security. The remaining balance amount be deposited in FDR during the pendency of these appeals. The civil applications for withdrawal of amount are disposed of.

For the reasons stated in the delay condonation applications, delay is condoned in the respective matters. The civil applications for condonation of delay are disposed of.

Since the amount is deposited as directed by this court, stay is confirmed. The civil applications for stay are disposed of.

The first appeals are admitted. The learned counsel and the learned AGP waives notice on admission for the respective respondents.

The office objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
