The applicant has moved this application seeking cancellation of Non-bailable warrant issued against him.

Having regard to the submissions advanced, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(I) The Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '(i)' if non-bailable warrant found to be not implemented & subject to deposit of fine of Rs. 1,000/-.

sgp APPLN5297.2016 (II) The applicant shall furnish his present address and names, addresses and phone numbers with residential proof of his three close relatives.

(III) The applicant shall regularly attend the Court till disposal of the appeal.
