The learned Advocate for acquiring body Mr.A.N.Gaddime and the learned Advocate for claimants Mr.D.A.Bide are present. The learned A.G.P. for State Mr.A.M.Phule is present. Mr.Manok Nandkumar Doke, Assistant Executive Engineer, representative of acquiring body is also present.

It is submitted by both the sides that compensation awarded by the reference Court has been deposited in the High Court and 50% amount has been withdrawn by the respective claimants/respondents and remaining 50% amount of

compensation is still lying in the High Court. The compensation awarded by the reference Court is covered by Government Resolution dated 03rd November, 2016 read with subsequent corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018.

The appellant/acquiring body intends to withdraw the Appeals.

The learned Advocate for the respondents/claimants has no objection to withdraw the Appeals. Hence, the Appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. Civil applications, if any, pending are also stand disposed of. The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued in the name of appellant. The respective claimants/respondents may withdraw the remaining amount lying in the High Court along with accrued interest thereon.
