By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the Respondent No.3-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon may please be directed to forthwith decide the proposal dated 12.08.2024 and 04.09.2025 and to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak w.e.f. 24.01.2020 to 23.01.2023 and to grant permanent approval as Assistant Teacher in regular pay scale from 24.01.2023 onwards and to release due and payable salary of the petitioner within a period of four weeks by including his name in Shalarth Pranali through the Respondent No. 2; 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and upon instructions, he submits that the proposals would be decided within a period of Six weeks. We take the said statement as undertaking and 922-WP-13368-2025.odt

dispose of the petition by directing respondent No. 3 to decide the proposals dated 12.08.2024 and 04.09.2025 within a period of Six weeks from today.
