Present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent No. 2 to grant sanction to include the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali. However, it is an admitted position that no such proposal is pending before respondent No. 2. It is not even pending before respondent No. 3 for forwarding it. It appears that on 17.03.2025, a representation has been made by the present petitioner whose services are approved that the proposal should be called from respondent No. 6 and then his salary should be cleared by including his name in Shalarth Pranali. It appears that this submission has not been acted or taken note of, and therefore, taking into consideration these circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 17.03.2025 within a period of two months from today.
