ORDER

1.

Both the parties are present before the Court accompanied by their Counsel.

The dispute is amicably settled. The written compromise is arrived at. The parties have verified the terms of compromise. It is agreed that in addition to the amount of Rs.1,70,000/- already received to the claimants, the Insurance Company will pay an amount of Rs.1,95,000/- only, to the claimants, within one month from the date of Award. 3.

After the amount is deposited by the Insurance Company, a sum of Rs.60,000/- out of it, shall be paid to the appellant No.1 - Shri Prakash Asaram Yelwande and the balance amount of Rs.1,35,000/- shall be remitted in favour of appellant No.2 - Smt.Ashabai Prakash Yelwande. SPT

The Insurance Company to deposit the amount before the Tribunal so as to facilitate its withdrawal by the appellants. 5.

Award be drawn accordingly.

6.

The appellants are entitled for the return of Court fee in accordance with law.
