ORDER :

Learned counsel Mr. Koralkar, along with appellants, learned counsel Mr. Sangle along with representative officer of the acquiring body Smt. S. B. Korake, Executive Engineer, Jalna and the learned Addl. G. P. are present before panel. They tender on record terms of compromise. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

We have ascertained the identification of the appellants with the assistance of their respective learned counsel. 3.

They seek leave to withdraw first appeals as well as cross objections in view of the terms of compromise, which is at Exhibit 'X'.

The respondent/acquiring body shall deposit amount of compensation before this Court within a period of one year from today. Same shall be treated as an undertaking. On deposit of compensation amount, the appellants/claimants are permitted to withdraw the same along with accrued interest, if any. 5.

The appellants/claimants make a statement that except them, there are no other stake holders in the subject matter

The first appeals as well as cross objections are disposed of in terms of compromise Exhibit - X and minutes of order passed today.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
