Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 17/2024 registered with Ghansawangi Police station, Dist. Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 496, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

This Court has duly considered submissions of both sides on 08.10.2024 and has shown inclination to allow the application. The matter was kept pending in order to ensure that in the meantime, applicant does not get involved in similar acts.

It is informed to the Court that no such act is found to be committed by the applicant. In such circumstances, there is no impediment to confirm the interim relief. There is already an undertaking given by applicant not to post any material against girl on social media and the same is accepted by this Court. It is clarified that if applicant is found posting any material against the informant or her family on social media at any point of time, the relief granted to the applicant shall stand vacated.
