The Petitioner prays for a decision on the representations dated 10.01.2022 and 26.05.2020, pending with Respondent No.2 Nagarpanchayat, Parner. According to the learned Advocate, the Petitioner is entitled for pensionary benefits. According to the learned AGP, the situation may be otherwise.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays that the applications / representations pending, may be decided and this Petition can be disposed off.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.

In the event, the Petitioner'

s service is pensionable and he is covered by the Maharashtra Civil Services Pension Rules, 1982, Respondent No.2 would deal with the representations dated 10.01.2022 and 26.05.2020, on their own merits, within a period of 4 months.
