Learned Advocate for the petitioners is filing affidavit of petitioner No.1 stating that respondent No.2 has resumed the cohabitation with him since 30.09.2024.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 is also filing affidavit reiterating the same fact and in addition she states that the husband is maintaining cordial relation with her. She has no objection for quashing and setting aside the FIR.

Both the affidavits are taken on record. Therefore, this is a fit case where we can exercise our inherent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

The Petition stands allowed.

FIR vide C. R. No.136 of 2024 dated 20.03.2024 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 against all the petitioners registered with Selu Police Station District Parbhani stands quashed and set aside as against all the petitioners.
