Present petition has been filed for following reliefs :- "A] By issuing appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order in the nature of writ, Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondent Nos.1 to 4 to conduct a detailed and time-bound investigation into the irregularities, illegalities mentioned in present petition and in the Petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2025. B] By issuing appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order of writ, Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondents to take disciplinary and criminal action against accused persons and found involved in manipulation of forged documents as alleged in present petition.
C] By issuing appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order of writ, Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondent police to conduct investigate and register FIR as per the allegations made in representations dated 22.07.2025 against all accused. D] By issuing appropriate writ, order, direction or any other appropriate order of writ, Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct respondents to decide representations dated 22.07.2025."

Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. It will not be out of place to mention here that after hearing learned Advocate for the petitioner we asked the learned Advocate to take instructions from the petitioner as to [2]
whether he is ready to deposit amount of Rs.5,00,000/- for showing his bona fides and, thereafter, upon instructions, he submitted that the petitioner is not ready.

The petitioner claims to be a social worker and want investigation to be carried out in respect of alleged illegal registration of sale deed dated 02.07.2025, which according to him is made with the help of forged documents. Except the bare statement, there is nothing that has been annexed to show that the said sale deed is based on forged documents. The petitioner is not party to the said sale deed nor the beneficiary thereof in any manner. The petitioner contends that the 7/12 extract that has been prepared is to portray the land to be non irrigated by deleting the existing well and according to the petitioner then this is with an intention to cheat the Government for stamp duty to the extent of 50%. Now, along with the present petition, there is no such document produced to show that such well is in existence.
Without there being any documentary evidence to support, the petitioner is seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to conduct detailed and time bound investigation into the irregularities and illegalities, disciplinary as well as criminal action against the accused persons, to direct registration of the FIR and investigation by the police.
