The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioners no.2 and 3. The Education Officer was not accepting the proposal and the petitioner no.1 has filed the said proposal in the inward department.

Mr Bondar, learned Advocate appearing for respondent no.2 submits that in case the proposal is filed with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 would pass orders on its own merits. In case the proposal is filed with the department of Education Officer (Exh.'C'), then the Education Officer shall take decision on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within six months. 3.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
