On notice issued to respondent Nos. 4 and 5 by

( 2 ) this Court vide order dated 24th September, 2019, learned A.G.P. filed response in the form of affidavit in reply on behalf of respondent No.5 through Mr. Satish Madhavrao Deshpande, Joint Director of Higher Education, Aurangabad Region, Aurangabad.

It is stated in the affidavit in reply that deponent expressed unconditional apology at the outset in the affidavit in reply. Learned A.G.P., in oral submissions, submitted that the deponent also expressed his unconditional apology for the delay caused in deciding the representation but now it is decided and the decision in the form of order passed by the Joint Director of Higher Education dated 19th November, 2019 is placed on record, whereby approval is granted to the petitioner on the post of Senior Clerk with effect from 1st March, 2018.

As the order passed by the Joint Director of Higher Education is in compliance of the order of this

( 3 ) Court dated 13th February, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 1754 of 2018, nothing survives in the contempt petition and same is accordingly disposed of.
