The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.I-144/2015 registered on 14th June 2015 registered at Shevgaon Police Station, District Ahmednagar, wherein the prosecution case against the present applicant is that he is part of the persons who have hatched conspiracy using stolen vehicle for transport of theft sugar. 2.

Upon perusal of contents of first information report and case diary, there is involvement of the applicants. 3.

In the above referred background, in my opinion, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary.
