Mr. S. V. Adwant, learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that he restricts the relief to the extent of prayer clause 'B' in the Petition, which reads as under : - "B. By issuing writ of mandamus, the respondent No. 1 be directed to take action on the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law as per directions issued by the respondent No. 2, within a period of 3 months." 2.

Learned AGP submits that the appropriate order be passed. 3.

We direct Respondent No. 1 to take appropriate decision on the representation dated 22.08.2024 filed by the Petitioner, in accordance with law and on its own merit, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Petition stands disposed of.
