Heard. Perused the petition, previous orders and affidavit filed by respondent No. 9. On the face of it, we find that the impugned validation given to respondents No. 5 to 8, was to put it mildly incorrect. 2.

The validation certificate given to respondents No. 5 to 8 are set aside. Respondent No. 2 - Committee is directed to reexamine the caste claim of respondents No. 5 to 8 and decide the case afresh and
