Learned APP submits that the the charge-sheet was filed on 19.12.2023 and the case was committed to the Court of Sessions bearing Sessions Case No.187 of 2023. However, it appears that at no point of time the applicant has prayed for amendment in view of filing of the charge-sheet till today. She submits that the charge has been framed [1]

30-appln-3303-2023.odt and now the case is part heard. Three witnesses have been examined. Under such circumstance, we do not find this to be a fit case where we should exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
