The applicant who is aged about 70 years is seeking regular bail in Crime No.I-103/2015 registered at Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar for offence punishable under Section 354-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 7, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The prosecution case against the applicant is that he has committed the offence, as alleged in the first information report. The investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed. 3.

Looking to the age of present applicant and the allegations made in the complaint, the detention of applicant will hardly be of any necessity. As such, I proceed to pass the following order.

The applicant Bramhadev Bayaji Jadhav be released on bail in connection with Crime No.I-103/2015 registered at Jamkhed Police Station, District Ahmednagar for offence punishable under Section 354-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 7, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
