Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The allegations against the applicant is that he has purchased the robbed ornaments. The alleged ornaments have been recovered from him. He is a businessman having no knowledge that the property was stolen. He was the bona fide purchaser. The material investigation against him is over. Therefore, there would be no propriety in keeping him behind bars. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Sanket Kishor Mandlik, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with

933-ba-1720-2022.odt (2) one surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.287/2022, registered at Kopargaon City Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code on the condition that he shall attend the police station as and when called.
