CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.

DATE : 13.09.2022 PER COURT :

.

Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 652 days which appears to be caused due to poor financial condition of the applicant.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 4Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application and pointed out that the circulation is taken belatedly.

2.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicant and the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 652 days stands condoned subject to condition that applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period and also for the delay period in circulating the matter belatedly.

3.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

4.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
