DATE : 29th AUGUST, 2023 ORDER :- By this application, the applicant State of Maharashtra seeks to condone the delay of 103 days caused in filing the revision application. 2.

Mr. Patil, learned APP states that on account of procedural formalities and administrative reasons, the delay has been caused. Delay is not intentional.

Learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposes the prayer. He submits that the reasons given application do not constitute sufficient cause to condone the delay.

Having considered the submissions advanced and the pleadings in para.4 to 6 of the application, it is apparent that the delay has occasioned on account of administrative reasons. In that view of the matter, a case is made out for condonation of delay. 5.

Hence, the order :-
