This application is by the complainant seeking cancellation of bail granted to the respondents/accused by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalna on 31/07/2015 in Criminal Misc. Petition No. 685 of 2015.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant at length. Perused the contents of the F.I.R. While trying to make out a case for cancellation of bail, he has invited my attention to the observations made by learned Sessions Judge in paragraph-7, wherein the allegations of preparation of bogus invitation cards were

5343.15crapln -2made. According to him, the said allegations are required to be investigated by custodial interrogation of the accused. 3.

In my opinion, the said submissions cannot be a ground which could be termed as parameters for cancellation of bail, as are laid down by the Apex Court. No case is made out for cancellation of bail. As such, the application stands rejected. [ N.W. SAMBRE, J. ] Tupe/20.10.15
