This is an application for setting aside the order dated 12.06.2017, passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the writ petition on account of failure of the petitioner to remove office objections. Heard. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, order passed by the Registrar on 12.06.2017, refusing registration of the petition is set aside. The delay occurred in presenting Civil Application stands condoned. The petitioner shall remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed today on this Civil Application shall be deemed to have been revoked. Civil Application is disposed of.
