Learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the address of respondent nos. 1 and 2 is mentioned as per their address in the original proceedings, however, as per the bailiff' s report, the respondents are not residing on the given address. Learned counsel submits that thus the applicants have filed this application for substitute service under Order 5 Rule 20 of C.P.C.. 2.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off accordingly. ( V. K. JADHAV, J. ) vre/-
