Learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to correct the prayer clause in civil application No. 7121 of 2015. Leave granted. Learned counsel further seeks leave to delete the name of legal heir i.e. applicant 1-A, who died during pendency of this civil application. Leave granted. Name of applicant No. 1-A be deleted from the array of applicants in both the applications.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that deceased Ramchandra was looking after entire litigation. The legal heirs i.e. applicant 1-B to 1-G were not knowing about the pendency of the writ petition. Though the copies of civil applications are served on other side none present for them.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the civil applications, both the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and disposed of.
