Considering the nature of the offences alleged to have been committed by the applicants in both the applications and that
4-sr.946 they have arrived at settlement, only with a view to give peace a chance, we endorse the compromise. In view thereof, Criminal Application No.3310 of 2023 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C) and Criminal Application No.2073 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (B-1) and (B-2), subjects to costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) in each application, to be deposited by the applicants with Library, High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad.
