The petitioner claims to have belonged to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. Her tribe claim has been invalidated by respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee. She is, therefore, before us. 2.
Although, learned AGP objects to allow the Writ Petition, the fact is that this Court vide orders dated 22.08.2019 and 06.09.2024 in Writ Petition Nos. 9030/2019 and 9040/2019, respectively, has directed the Scrutiny Committee to grant the petitioners therein, conditional validity certificates of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. Those petitioners are blood relations of the petitioner herein. Nothing otherwise has been shown.

We are, therefore, to allow the Writ Petition in terms of following order :
ORDER
i. Writ Petition is partly allowed.
939.odt ii. Respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee shall grant the petitioner validity certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. iii. The validity certificate to be issued shall be co-terminus with the validity certificates directed to be issued in view of the directions given by this Court in the aforesaid two Writ Petitions. iv.
