The Petitioner's grievance is that an application u/s 14 of the SARFAESI Act dated 28.01.2022 is pending with the District Magistrate for almost 18 months.

The learned AGP submits that if the said application is still pending, appropriate steps will be taken in accordance with Law. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect the District Magistrate, Jalna to deal with the said application in khs/Sept.2023/11441
