Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the order is complied with as the respondent No. 2 has taken decision on the proposal submitted by respondent No. 3 seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as junior clerk on compassionate ground. The direction was to take decision on merits. He further submits that the proposal is rejected.
