The appellants / applicants in CA No.11452 of 2022, are seeking permission to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent No.11 Ramdas Mhadu Koli, who admittedly died on 03/02/2019, by condoning the delay of 1181 days. 3.

There is no strong objection from other side and therefore, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause B & C subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1500/- to be paid to the Registry of this court for utilization of Dispensary, High Court, Aurangabad. 4.

The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 5.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
