Heard all learned counsel in the matter. Learned A.P.P. submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and charges have been framed against respondent Nos. 2 to 6. Since the charges have been framed against respondent Nos. 2 to 6, the bail granted to the said respondents cannot be cancelled and I pass the following order:-

The application is rejected.

In case of breach of any condition of bail on the part of respondent Nos. 2 to 6, the applicant is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy.
