2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is settled before the Lok Adalat. Respondent no.2 has deposited the amount before this Court. After settling the matter, the original claimant is died. The applicant is the legal heir of the original claimants, hence, he be permitted to withdraw the amount.
