In this habeas corpus petition, a notice was issued. Ms. Nikita Vijaykumar Lohiya alias Khadijah Amir Tamboli has now been traced out and produced before this Court. We have made inquiry with her. She states to be 26 years of age and residing alongwith her parents. She expressed her desire to continue to stay with her parents.
The learned APP informs that the petitioner (Amir Tamboli) has made wild allegations against the police machinery and jail authorities, as well. According to him, the lady was in the hospital. The petitioner (Amir Tamboli) shall withdraw those allegations against these authorities.
