These Civil Applications are filed seeking condonation of delay caused in filing the First Appeals. The reasons are stated in the applications, more particularly at para Nos.2 and 3. It is submitted that, the appellants have raised substantial grounds in the appeals and the appellants are having every hope of success in the appeals.

Notice. Mr. A.B. Kale, learned counsel waives notice for respondents. Mr. Kale, learned counsel for respondents opposes the applications. For the reasons stated in the applications, and in view of the submission of Mr. Dhongade, the learned counsel for applicants, the applications are allowed. Delay condoned.
