This is a successive bail application without change in circumstances. Barely granting an opportunity to bring the prayer for bail is not a change in circumstances. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Rup Bahadur Magar @ Sanki @ Rabin Vs. State of West Bengal in Criminal Appeal No.4144 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 has recently held that the Court should not fix the time for trial while rejecting the bail application.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
