Heard learned Advocates for the parties. This application is filed for bringing legal representatives of original claimant/respondent on record in First Appeal No.768 of 2018. The first appeal is disposed off in the Lok-Adalat dated 11.02.2023. However, after settlement in the Lok-Adalat original claimant - Narayan unfortunately died on 29.07.2023. The amount lying in this Court, therefore, could not be withdrawn by the original claimant. Since now present applicant Nos. 1(i) to 1(iii) are the only legal representatives, they are required to be brought on record for the purpose of withdrawal of the amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The appellant to carry out necessary amendment in the title clause of disposed first appeal.
