Mr. Yeramwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as the petitioner was due to retire, this Court in Writ Petition No. 5345 of 2021 under order dated 25th March, 2021 had directed the Committee to decide the proceedings within a period of three months. The petitioner has now retired. His retiral benefits are withheld. The proceedings are not decided as yet.

Mr. Kale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent/committee on instructions of the respondent/Committee submits that, the vigilance report is not yet received and further there was drive to decide validation

2 cp 595.21 proceedings of the students appearing through NEET, CET, JEE and for that reason also proceeding could not be decided. The Committee would decide the proceeding of the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from today.

The statement made by the learned A. G. P. is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of the said statement made, contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
